Sushi leftovers

Enzo and I made sushi yesterday. Didn't like it very much then, felt like a horrible sushi-cook afterwards. (Enzo did the rolling, so he couldn't be blamed. Unfortunately.) But just now I got the leftovers out of the fridge, and I must say: not bad at all. I guess sushi is one of those foods that taste better when you let them have a good night's rest. I didn't eat all the makizushi - I wonder how they'll taste tomorrow. Hopefully even better. Enzo ate 'em all when he got home late last night!

What?
Sushi rice, rolled into dried seaweeds (nori), filled with avocado, salmon, carrot and cucumber. With a little mayonaise, and carrots, sliced ginger (gari) and soy sauce on the side.
